It’s here! It’s here! It’s finally here! *Happy Dance ensues*

My first FairyLoot box finally arrived in the mail! This was my very first box from them after months of putting it off. I have heard nothing but good things about this bookish box, but the cost was a huge hang up for me. However, after seeing some of the teasers in regards to February’s theme, and promise of a full size candle, I knew I had to jump in.  And I’m so happy I did!

HootLoot Unboxing

It was a stormy day back in December when I stumbled upon a picture on Bookstagram that featured an unboxing of the December box from this new-to-me company called HootLoot. I remember messaging the shop owner (Jessica – she’s amazing by the way) to see if there was anyway to get any extras. I desperately wanted something, ANYTHING, from this box. It was just that good. Unfortunately, everything was sold out, but this turn of events brought me to the HootLoot Common Room, a Facebook group that is filled with fellow bibliophiles who are obsessed with bookish boxes.  Continue reading “HootLoot Unboxing”

Weekly Wrap Up – Snowed In Edition

Hello there! First, I would like to apologize for my absence. I was back to teaching this week and boy did I forget how draining it can be. But despite the long hours and late evenings spent lesson planning, I was still able to stumble upon a few things that kept me entertained this week.
